Overview
Waqt computes the five daily prayer times and the bearing to the Kaaba in Mecca, entirely on your device. Eleven calculation methods are supported, alongside both Standard and Hanafi Asr conventions.
The category is full of cluttered, utilitarian apps. Waqt is the opposite: massive condensed type, hand-rendered 3D objects, pure white or pure black backgrounds, no chrome, spring-physics interactions.
Privacy
No accounts. No servers. No analytics SDKs. No advertising SDKs. No tracking of any kind. Waqt does not collect or transmit personal data, and is committed to never displaying advertisements.
Location and compass heading are read on-device with your permission, and are used only to compute prayer times and the live Qibla bearing.
